The Medieval Torture Museum is one of the largest interactive historical exhibitions in the United States, featuring over 6,000 square feet of reconstructed torture, interrogation, and execution devices from the Middle Ages. Founded by Eugene Grach and operated by BenAur, the museum uses historical manuscripts and engravings paired with lifelike wax sculptures and audio guides to evoke visceral emotional reactions and document humanity's darker historical chapters. In addition to its flagship location in St. Augustine, Florida, the organization maintains prominent branches in Chicago, Illinois, and Los Angeles, California.
