Tov Pocket ("Sponsor"). This promotion is a sweepstakes, not a raffle or lottery —
no entry method requires payment or other consideration.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia
who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and who hold a registered
Tov Pocket user account in good standing.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and
household members, are not eligible. Accounts with staff, sales, administrator, or business
roles are not eligible and are excluded automatically by the entry system.

Void in the following jurisdictions: none. Void where otherwise prohibited
or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 24, 2026 and ends on August 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period").
Only entries earned during the Entry Period are eligible. Sponsor's system clock is the
official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

Entries are earned free of charge by the following actions, subject to the limits shown:

Visit the site (once per day) — 1 entry (no limit)
Redeem a coupon at a participating venue or business — 1 entry (no limit)
Visit on 6 of any 7 consecutive days (bonus) — 1 entry (no limit)

Maximum entries per participant for the entire Sweepstakes: 10.

Entries are non-transferable and have no cash value. Any attempt to obtain entries through
automated means, multiple accounts, or false registration information will void all of that
participant's entries and may result in account termination.

You can earn up to 10 entries.

Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $50.00. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is
non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor,
who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes
unavailable.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry
Period.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about
August 31, 2026. Each entry earned is one chance to win. The drawing is conducted using a
recorded random seed against an append-only entry ledger, so the result can be independently
reproduced and verified.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number associated with
their account. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification
attempt. If the winner cannot be contacted within that period, is ineligible, or declines
the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

9. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, the winner will be required to provide a completed
IRS Form W-9 and will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to
use the winner's first name and city/state for promotional purposes without further
compensation. Residents of Tennessee and any other jurisdiction where such consent may not
be required as a condition of winning are exempt from this requirement.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates
from any liability, injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or
acceptance, use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are not
recorded due to technical failure, network outage, or any cause beyond its reasonable
control.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Entry data — including the date, method, and source of each entry — is retained for audit
purposes.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical
failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and
to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process.

14. Governing Law

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these
Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws provisions.

15. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, contact Sponsor through the site's support page within
sixty (60) days after the selection date.
