Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 19, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all coupons and paid services available through Tov Pocket (https://tovpocket.com), operated by MITP5787, Inc., a Florida corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.
Which part applies to you: Sections 1–3 are for people who claim coupons. Sections 4–12 are for businesses and advertisers who buy listing plans, coupon campaigns, ads or promotional placements.
1. Coupons Are Free to Consumers
Coupons on Tov Pocket are free. Nothing is ever charged to a consumer for finding, claiming or redeeming a coupon, so no consumer refund arises. Every paid product described below is bought by businesses and advertisers, not by the families who use the coupons.
2. Venue Disputes
Tov Pocket acts as a marketplace connecting families with venues. If a venue refuses to honor a coupon you received through Tov Pocket, please contact us at support@tovpocket.com and we will investigate. We will work with the venue to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee that a venue will honor its discount offers.
3. Expired or Sold-Out Coupons
- Coupons are subject to availability. Once a venue's coupon cap is reached, no additional coupons can be claimed.
- Coupons are valid only during the specified redemption period (set by the venue or business when the coupon is issued). Expired coupons cannot be extended or reissued.
4. What Businesses and Advertisers Buy
- Listing plans — a monthly subscription.
- Coupon campaigns — a one-off purchase, priced per scheduled day on a volume scale.
- Ad placements — a month-to-month subscription.
- Promotional-category placements — either monthly, or a one-off purchase for a fixed term.
The price of each item is fixed at the time of purchase. A later change to our published rates never alters a charge you have already been billed.
5. Cancelling and the Pro-Rata Refund
You can cancel any paid item yourself in the vendor portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately and needs no approval from us. A cancellation refunds only the unused part of the term you paid for.
There is no deadline to cancel, no minimum term and no refund window. The only conditions are that unused time remains and that the charge has not already been fully refunded. The refund amount shown before you confirm a cancellation is the amount we pay.
5.1 One-off items. A coupon campaign or fixed-term placement is prorated by whole unused days, rounded up, with a minimum of one day. Cancelling at or before the start date refunds the full amount; cancelling at or after the end date refunds nothing.
5.2 Subscriptions. A listing plan or monthly placement is prorated by the time remaining in the current billing period only. Earlier periods were delivered and are not refundable.
5.3 Ads — no refund on cancellation. Cancelling an ad stops its renewal. The ad keeps running until the end of the month already paid for, and no money is refunded. Our staff may make an exception at their discretion.
5.4 Placements before payment. A placement that is still awaiting payment can be withdrawn at any time: its invoice is voided, the payment link stops working, and nothing is charged. Once a placement is live, deactivation by our staff carries no automatic refund.
6. How a Refund Is Paid
Refunds go back to the original card through our payment processor, Stripe, and may be partial where this policy provides for it. A refund never exceeds the amount captured, less anything already refunded. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
If the card refund fails, your cancellation still stands and our staff will retry the refund — you do not need to cancel again.
7. Unpaid Invoices: Void and Credit
An unpaid invoice is not refunded, because no money has moved. Instead it is either:
- voided — cancelled as if it had never been issued, which frees the item to be billed again correctly; or
- credited — reduced so you owe less, while the item keeps running.
A paid invoice can only be unwound by a refund or a goodwill rebate.
8. Goodwill Rebates and Account Credit
We may, at our discretion, return money to you without any cancellation behind it. A goodwill rebate is capped at what your listing paid in the preceding 90 days, less any refunds already issued over that period. It is applied to the original cards first; any remainder becomes account credit, which is applied to your next invoice and does not expire.
9. What Is Not Refunded
- A coupon campaign or placement that has reached its end date.
- A placement stopped because we retired its promotional category. It ends at the close of the current period, with no proration.
- Ad performance or delivered volume. We do not reconcile impressions or clicks, and we make no guarantee of delivery, reach or results.
10. Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us promptly at support@tovpocket.com. We will investigate and correct any confirmed error. Nothing in this policy limits your rights to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
11. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer, the dispute is logged and reviewed by a person on our staff, and we may contact you for context.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in force when you made a purchase governs that purchase.
